Hi. The fly in feature that I have set to pop up when someone gets to the bottom of the page is having a few issues.

1) It pops up over and over after being dismissed. I have tried setting it to stay closed for 1 minute and even 1 hour but none of my settings affect it. It still pops up over and over right away.

2) I would like to display it only on the front end of the website. Right now when I am working in the backend it is showing up when I am editing things. How can I get it to not show up on the backend?
